Who are we?
- We are your colleagues, friends and supporters, here for you through ups and downs, to offer you the crying shoulder if needed, to teach and learn to trust the women’s friendship and solidarity.
- We are the advocates of courage, kindness, compassion, perseverance, and support, and we believe in the need to nurture oneself with constant growth and development.
- We believe that the Universe is providing us daily with people and ingredients for success, and it is up to us what kind of recipes we’ll make out of those ingredients.
- We believe in the human ability to rise like Phoenix-s because this is what we did and to reinvent our lives when the challenge presents itself. We want you to believe the same.
Who/what motivates us?
- We are motivated by people who believe in themselves, by people who learn and grow every day, by people who are kind, compassionate, and positive, by people whose stories we are sharing on our Platform.
Why a Platform?
- As its definition suggests, this is “a raised level surface on which people or things can stand.”
- An online platform is a “digital service that facilitates interactions between two or more distinct but interdependent sets of users who interact through the service via the Internet.”
Thus, we hope that this Platform will help everyone who is part of it to rise and stand – regardless if you are the Inspirer-er or the Inspiree.
- We hope that the portraits of the everyday heroes – the women next door – shared on our Platform will inspire you as they did inspire us. We believe that these stories will motivate you to believe in yourself and to change, if you wish so, because each woman becomes an agent of change through empowerment and/or self- empowerment.
- We hope to contribute to changing the stereotypes about female friendship and support, by showing how female solidarity and trust work and we want you to know that we can rely on each other.
- We want to contribute to a greater access to resources of women, firstly by building and strengthening the links/network between women with various experiences, backgrounds, and education

I am a mother, educator and nurturer. I hold an LLM, MA and BA from Vienna University, Uppsala University and University of Central Florida.
I have over twenty years of national and international experience in Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, Central Asia and Africa, where I managed, implemented and/or monitored programme and project initiatives in gender, development, social accountability, human rights, organisational development, good governance and human resources sectors with international organisations, NGOs, public and private sector.

I have a Master’s Degree at the University of Arts and Design in Cluj-Napoca, Romania where I studied Photography and Pedagogy.
My experience as an artist started over two decades ago, always searching to experiment with weird materials, concepts, and having fun with shapes, forms and ideas which led me into national and international exhibitions. My interest slowly shifted into graphic and web design during the pandemic and since then I started studying and playing with design concepts.
We have a Community Team of Transformational Inspirer-ers whose stories will be featured and whose advice and support will be shared.
